OptiMe Wellbeing Workshops
As an additional service our team of Wellbeing Specialists are available to deliver a wide range of Wellbeing Workshops, that have been designed specifically to support improved health, wellbeing and productivity. We work with companies of all sizes to deliver the highest standard in workplace wellbeing in an accessible and effective way.
Whilst these workshops are usually delivered in-house, as a result of the ongoing pandemic we have adapted the way in which we deliver these workshops, which are currently being carried out digitally.
The Combatting Stress workshop will help attendees identify the difference between pressure and stress, recognise signs and symptoms, and understand how to develop healthy responses. Through this process attendees will be able to develop an effective strategy to help combat stress and build personal resilience.
During the Mindfulness Workshop attendees will learn the science behind mindfulness; how it works and the benefits it can bring for health, wellbeing and productivity. Attendees will learn how to implement mindfulness techniques into everyday life and use these techniques to manage difficulties and challenges.
This workshop assists attendees with effective goal setting, overcoming procrastination and developing positive behaviour patterns. The Unleashing Motivation Workshop navigates attendees to identify personal motivation and drive, gain an understanding on procrastination, learn techniques for motivation, drive and self-belief.
Achieving Work-Life Balance
The Achieving Work-Life Balance workshop will allow attendees to reflect on their work-life balance ambition, explore challenges including working from home and ‘switching off’. Attendees will discover tips and techniques to create greater balance and harmony.
Wellbeing and Remote Working
Throughout this workshop attendees will learn practical ways to create a healthy routine, maintain motivation and overcome isolation as an individual and team. Attendees will come away from this workshop with clear, actionable tasks for improved health, happiness and productivity.
Nourishing the Mind and Body
By attending the Nourishing the Mind and Body Workshop attendees will gain an understanding of the relationship between food and health, learn about effective meal planning, learn which foods promote productivity and energy and receive guidance on stocking a healthy kitchen
During this workshop attendees will learn what imposter syndrome is, the signs to look out for and ways it can affect daily life. The workshop will also help attendees explore the five types of imposter syndrome. Attendees will come away with a range of tips and key actions to help both themselves and those around them overcome imposter syndrome.
Building Positive Connections
This workshop shares with attendees the importance of social wellbeing. During the workshop attendees will have the opportunity to reflect on their own social wellbeing both in and out of the workplace and explore where improvements can be made. The workshop shares techniques to improve relationships with colleagues, friends and family, ways to feel more confident addressing difficult conversations, techniques to enhance emotional awareness and ways to feel more confident during networking activities.
Self-Confidence for Success
This workshop will help attendees identify their key strengths and the effects low confidence and self esteem can have on day to day activities. Through this workshop attendees will learn how to start building confidence, learn to embrace risk and understand why it’s important to step out of their comfort zone. Attendees will come away with actionable tasks to continue improving confidence and a toolkit for when confidence levels are low.
