Wellbeing Workshops by OptiMe
OptiMe’s wellbeing workshops focus on addressing many common employee concerns surrounding health and wellbeing at work. Our wellbeing specialist adopt a preventative approach to managing stress, mindfulness, motivation, achieving a healthier work life balance, nourishing the body and mind, self-confidence, imposter syndrome, building positive connections and how to balance wellbeing with remote working.
Wellbeing workshops are delivered by our wellbeing specialists who aim to help support employee wellbeing across the organisation in ways that balance mental, physical and emotional wellbeing to support organisations with creating healthier and more productive working environments.
Prevention is always better than cure, so our wellbeing workshops are designed around preventative health and education that empower and encourage employees to think about how they can take steps to manage their own health, safety and wellbeing.
Through OptiMe, our wellbeing workshops are delivered nationally to employees from many different industries and organisations across the country and whilst our wellbeing workshops are usually delivered in-house, as a result of the pandemic, we have adapted accordingly and are delivering all workshops digitally.
Combatting Stress at work: A workshop to help identify the difference between pressure and stress, and how to recognise and respond to those signs and symptoms. Through this workshop, attendees will be able to develop an effective strategy to help combat stress and build personal resilience.
Mindfulness at work: A workshop that focuses on the science behind mindfulness; how it works and the benefits it can bring for health, wellbeing and productivity. Attendees will learn how to implement mindfulness techniques into everyday life and use these techniques to manage difficulties and challenges.
Unleashing Motivation at Work: An employee workshop that assists attendees with effective goal setting, overcoming procrastination and developing positive behaviour patterns. The Unleashing Motivation Workshop navigates attendees to identify personal motivation and drive, gain an understanding on procrastination, learn techniques for motivation, drive and self-belief.
Achieving Work-Life Balance: An employee workshop that will allow attendees to reflect on their work-life balance ambitions, explore challenges including working from home and how to ‘switch off’. Attendees will discover tips and techniques to create greater balance and harmony.
Wellbeing and Remote Working: An employee workshop that focuses on how attendees can learn practical ways to create a healthy daily routine while working from home, and how to maintain motivation and overcome isolation as an individual and team. Attendees will come away from this workshop with clear, actionable tasks for improved health, happiness and productivity.
Mind and Body
Nourishing the Mind and Body at Work: An employee workshop that focuses on gaining an understanding of the relationship between food and health, and includes learning about effective meal planning, and which foods promote productivity and energy. All attendees will receive guidance on stocking a healthy kitchen!
Imposter Syndrome at work: An employee workshop focuses on what imposter syndrome is, the signs to look out for and ways imposter syndrome can affect daily life. The workshop also explores five types of imposter syndrome. Attendees will come away with a range of tips and key actions to help both themselves and those around them overcome the impact of imposter syndrome.
Building Positive Connections
Building Positive Connections at work: An employee workshop which focuses on the importance of social wellbeing. During the workshop attendees will have the opportunity to reflect on their own social wellbeing both in and out of the workplace and explore where improvements can be made. The workshop shares techniques to improve relationships with colleagues, friends and family, as well as ways to feel more confident when having to address difficult conversations. The learned techniques can enhance emotional awareness and help find ways to feel more confident during networking activities.
Self Confidence for Success: An employee workshop to help attendees identify their key strengths and the effects low confidence and self esteem can have on day to day activities. Attendees will learn how to start building up their own confidence, learn to embrace risk and understand why it’s important to step out of your comfort zone. Attendees will come away with actionable tasks to continue improving confidence and a toolkit for when addressing those thoughts when confidence levels feel low.
