OptiMe is an innovative, employee wellbeing platform used by HR professionals to support employees with a personalised approach that focuses on workplace wellness and mental health at work.

Our approach focuses on providing proactive and preventative support that is intended to create a long lasting, positive impact on employees as they are encouraged to address challenges before they become a greater issue. We aim to inspire and encourage each individual to solve wellbeing challenges they are facing today, and prepare for those which may lie ahead.

Through the OptiMe platform, employees are granted access to an extensive bank of workshops and resources that are delivered by professionally certified experts focusing on each of the OptiMe Six Pillars of Wellbeing – MyBody, MyMind, MyMoney, MyCareer, MySurroundings and MyRelationships.  

The OptiMe wellbeing platform is completely confidential and provides a supportive outlet for employees to proactively and privately address their own wellbeing challenges, with the resources and support at hand to enable them to become one step closer to their wellbeing goals.

We also provide counselling support and a 24/7 wellbeing helpline.

Employee Wellbeing: To support employee wellbeing in the workplace, the OptiMe six pillar approach is designed to focus on six separate areas of wellbeing, that will resonate differently with each individual. This facilitates  employees to create, prioritise and personalise their own wellbeing goals, depending on what challenges they are currently facing, in order to take control of their own wellbeing journey and seek support in the areas where their priorities lie.
